Terms of Service
Master Builders, Inc. Website Terms of Use
Website: masterbuildersmn.com
Effective date: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of masterbuildersmn.com and any campaign landing page operated for Master Builders, Inc. (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational Purpose
The Site provides general information about Master Builders, Inc., residential remodeling, additions, cabinetry, custom homes, and related services. Website content is not architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Project examples, cost ranges, timelines, educational guides, and other materials are general information only. Actual scope, feasibility, price, schedule, permitting requirements, and availability depend on the property, plans, selections, site conditions, market conditions, and a separate written agreement.
No Construction Contract or Guarantee
Submitting a form, downloading a guide, requesting a consultation, or communicating through the Site does not create a construction contract, require Master Builders to accept a project, reserve scheduling availability, or guarantee an estimate or outcome.
Construction or remodeling services are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
Estimates and Website Information
We try to keep Site information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or current. Any stated costs, investment ranges, schedules, service areas, or availability may change and are not binding quotes or promises.
Photographs and descriptions may show prior work, representative designs, third-party materials, or examples. Results vary by project.
Acceptable Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information.
- Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or malicious content.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload, or disrupt the Site except as allowed by law or with written permission.
- Use Site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, branding, graphics, photographs, guides, layouts, and other content are owned by or licensed to Master Builders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may download a guide or print Site information for personal, non-commercial planning purposes. No other use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is permitted without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including mapping, scheduling, analytics, social-media, customer relationship, and file-delivery services. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to its own terms and policies.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that internet transmissions and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Master Builders disclaims warranties regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, completeness, security, and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Builders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site. Master Builders' responsibility for construction or remodeling work, if any, is governed by the applicable signed project agreement and applicable law.
Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue Site content or features at any time. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
