Having lived in their current home for several years the Revier's knew what they
wanted, an updated Kitchen and more living space, but weren't sure what the best
way to achieve it was. Master Builders helped them through the design process
which brought the Reviers to the conclusion that they should add a 21' 6" x
16' Sunroom onto their Kitchen/Dinette area while also gutting their Kitchen
and expanding it into their Dining Room (which they never used anyway).
Some of the finished features of the Reviers "new" home now include: a very bright and open Kitchen area as a 20' section of exterior wall was removed between the new addition and the Kitchen, custom Cherry cabinetry, Granite countertops, Oak hardwood flooring, and humongous Trapezoid windows following the ceiling vault in the Sunroom. Tom worked with us from the beginning to define our needs and really get the project rolling. We had some major structural changes to our existing home planned and felt extremely comfortable with the teams that Master Builder assigned to our project. Everyone who worked on our home was a craftsman with great expertise and a conscientious eye for detail. They were all friendly, easygoing, and very personable. Each evening the project area and our yard was cleared of debris and we never felt overwhelmed by construction chaos. Nathan and Doug were very accommodating with last minute changes.
