My wife, Joanne, and I had decided to remodel and to put an addition on our home in Rochester, and after careful research we concluded that Master Builders was the firm with which we wanted to deal. Tom Gommels worked with us through many iterations of the design and patiently dealt with various changes in a professional manner.

Our project was very complex and included the addition of approximately 900 square feet of space to accommodate a new family room, a guest bedroom and full bath, and a four season room. We also had remodeling done to convert two existing bedrooms into a master suite, expand the master bath, and provide an office space. Once all the interior work was done, we had new premium grade siding and gutters installed on the home and our garage and shop.

Once the project started we were delighted in the quality of the Master Builder personnel. Nate, John, Eric, and Scott were very courteous, professional, skilled, and insightful. They made suggestions which improved the final product and were very accommodating in handling changes that came up. The subcontractors also were of the highest quality and reflected the philosophy of Tom and his crew.

We are delighted in the final product and have heard many times that it looks like we did not add on to an existing building because the results are totally compatible with a very pleasing effect.
