Good Day,Master Builders has performed a major remodeling and addition project to our residence. We have found that Nathan Aaland and Tom Gommels are indeed "committed to High Quality and Exceptional Service." Their professionalism and the attention to detail shown by their staff and subcontractors greatly contributed to our satisfaction in the quality of the completed project. The open and easy communication between us was always appreciated, especially during those times when "things aren't going quite to plan" as will inevitably happen during any project. We wanted to work with specific sub-contractors for a couple parts of the project. Nathan and Tom worked as easily with these sub-contractors as with their usual ones.

The true test of customer satisfaction with a contractor is answering the question-Would you do it again? We have two smaller projects that have not been started yet. We intend to use master Builders to complete these projects. We are confident in the quality of the work performed and the integrity of the people doing the work.
