We first approached Master Builders in the spring of 2001 at the Rochester Home Show. We had been contemplating a dining room addition to our home but weren't sure if what we had in mind was feasible.

Tom Gommels from Master Builders worked with us in our home to take our initial ideas to a finished proposal. We enjoyed working with Tom as he was easy to talk to and we always felt we could put our trust in him.

Tom guided us through the process of applying for a zoning variance with the city to accommodate our addition. Once the variance was obtained Master Builders applied for a building permit and began work promptly.

The construction phase wasn't without the usual bumps and hurdles; but throughout the process Nate, Master Builders Project Manager was excellent. He stayed on top of our project and kept things moving along. He always returned our calls promptly, and he was professional and fun to work with.

We are happy to recommend Master Builders to any prospective remodeling clients.
