Dear Tom, Nate, Scott, and John:

We recently had Master Builders complete a major remodeling project on the main floor of our 24 year old home. We are thrilled with the results and are proud to show it off to our friends and relatives. It took us, the homeowners, a few attempts to figure out what our vision for this project was and Tom was patient with us as we worked through several different ideas to accomplish our goals and stay within our budget.

We found the team at Master Builders to be very flexible as well as pleasant to work with. We appreciated their attention to detail and craftsmanship and their refusal to be satisfied with anything less than perfection. When we decided to remove all the insulation from the attic and replace our radiant heat panels during the project, they supported us with their can-do, customer-is-always-first attitude, even though this was somewhat of an unknown for them. Master Builders' subcontractors do premium work at affordable prices and were also easy to work with.

Every project of this magnitude has the inevitable "glitches" and ours was no different. Nate worked very hard to resolve a few cabinet and countertop issues with our custom and somewhat complicated island. These could have been quite expensive to resolve, but Nate kept our additional expenses to $100, while still delivering the appearance and functionality that was so important to the homeowners!

Everyone who worked on the project respected our home -- both the integrity of the structure and the place it holds in our hearts. We are already working on ideas for our next remodeling project and you can be sure that we want to work with Master Builders for this project as well.

PS. We forgot to mention that we went to Europe for 3 weeks during the middle of the project. We didn't worry during the trip and everything went perfectly while we were gone!
