The Bergs added a 14' x 8' front entry / sunroom to their split entry home. Their original house entry seemed small and closed-in to them. With a desire for a sunroom as well, they came up with a design for an addition that would meet both of those needs. They also added on to their detached garage and did some updating to the exterior of their home with new steel siding and manufactured stone.

images to enlarge) During the project we really appreciated how easy it was to work with you to handle the little (and in our case BIG) "surprises" that come up during a project. When we discovered that our stairway needed to be replaced 3/4 of the way through the project, we were at a real "negotiation disadvantage", yet you worked with fairness and integrity and did a quality job on a short schedule for a reasonable price. At the end, we were especially pleased that
the project came in on the originally established estimate, with
a significant number of change orders handled clearly and at
a reasonable price. If we have other remodeling projects (not
to quickly we hope), we would expect to work with Master Builders
