Master Builders Inc worked with my wife, Julie and I to finish the basement of our home from January - March, 1999. We were pleased with the work. Tom Gommels was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He impressed us from the start with his ability to have all of the subcontractors he works with at our home to estimate the job in the same one-hour period on the same day!

After his subcontractor's estimates had come in, he presented us with a very detailed proposal sheet in a timely fashion His, contract was very precise and understandable. It was nice to get an exact listing of the work and materials detail as put of the bid, No surprises! We were so impressed, we stopped seeking other bids and accepted the proposal right away. Tom was helpful during the design phase and was also flexible when we wanted to make changes during the construction phase. He provided us with firm numbers for how much each change would cost. Tom was always prompt for our meetings and returned all of our phone calls right away.

We were also impressed with the high quality of the work that the people Tom chose to finish our basement did. Everyone we met was timely and pleasant to work with. We have even called back some of the contractors to do other work on our home.

Tom's management of this remodeling project, his integrity, and the good relationship Tom has with with all of his subcontractors really impressed us. It was a pleasure to work with him and if we ever have any other construction needs in the future, we will riot hesitate to use Master Builders. We highly recommend Master Builders for any of your construction needs.
